Order Cancellation Policy

At ANISAN, we understand that plans can change. You may request cancellation of your order subject to the conditions below.

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID. Cancellation requests are subject to the status of the order.

2. Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders, if you request cancellation before dispatch, a 2% cancellation charge will be deducted from the total amount paid. The remaining 98% of the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the product after receiving it, you may request a return or exchange if the order is eligible under our Return & Exchange Policy.

5. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Once the cancellation is approved, the applicable refund will be initiated to the original payment method used for the order. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment service provider.

6. Cancellation by ANISAN

In certain circumstances, ANISAN may cancel an order, including:

• Product availability issues
• Incorrect or incomplete order information
• Pricing or technical errors
• Delivery restrictions
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions

If ANISAN cancels an order after receiving payment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the customer.

7. Important Note

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically confirm cancellation. Your order will be considered cancelled only after ANISAN confirms the cancellation.
