We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible:

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

An unboxing video is mandatory for any return request

To qualify for a return:

Product must be unused and in original condition

Must include original packaging

A clear unboxing video (from start to end, without cuts) is required

Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected:

Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

Refund will be credited to the original payment method

In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be issued directly.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

The following items are not eligible for return:

Personalized / customized jewellery

Clearance / sale products

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

Wrong product received

Missing item in order

Damaged product received
